FAIL SAFE PLUGS

FAIL SAFE PLUGS ARE SPECIAL CUSTOM PLUGS/TOOLS USED FOR REMOTELY PLUGGING NOZZLES OR OPENINGS IN VESSELS WHERE THE ENTRY TO THE PLUGGING LOCATION IS TOO DANGEROUS FOR AN OPERATOR TO HANDLE THE PLUG.

The primary benefit of the Fail Safe Plug is that the liquid level in the vessel does not have to be lowered.
This Fail Safe Plug can be remotely installed with our installation tool or a ROV from a dry safe location.
The use of this type plug can reduce manpower cost during maintenance outages.
The Fail Safe Plug does not require constant inflation pressure to maintain a seal, it effects its seal when deflated. Requires inflation pressure to remove.
